The teams played a thrilling game two season ago, which ended in a narrow Tech victory that every Georgia Southern fan will quickly remind you also included a controversial call by the refs.
Both teams ended up having great seasons that year, but look much more shaky today. Tech is 3-2 after successive losses to Clemson and Miami, and Southern is 3-1 but not looking nearly as sharp as it did the last two seasons.
With the Jackets looking vulnerable, look for a very large contingent of Eagles to stream into Bobby Dodd Stadium next Saturday.
