Rice Owls National Signing Day Preview

Coming off a 5-7 finish in 2015, Rice head coach David Bailiff has his work cut out this season. Losing starting quarterback Driphus Jackson and earning a No. 13 ranking in Conference USA for this season's recruiting class certainly leads for cause for concern.

In a matter of three years, Rice has gone from CUSA Champs to conference posers, dropping 5-of-8 in 2015. Now Bailiff must find a way to rebuild after losing 15 seniors and a less than stellar recruiting class. Rice has only two 3-Star recruits with all but one committing prior to the 2015 season which to many that follows recruiting, say a lot about their potential. Lets take a look at the 2016 class.
