Louisiana Tech 42, Rice 17: Jeff Driskel was 17-26 for 320 yards and 4 touchdowns, Trent Taylor and Carlos Henderson each had over 100 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns, and Kenneth Dixon added 92 yards on 19 carries and 2 touchdowns in the Bulldogs' convincing victory. RECAP

Western Kentucky 55, Old Dominion 30: The Hilltopper offense was unstoppable as usual on Saturday. Anthony Wales rushed for 185 yards and a career high four touchdowns. Brandon Doughty was 21-of-28 for 276 yards and three scores. You can always expect to see good stats from ODU running back Ray Lawry, but his 136 yards was not enough to keep the Monarchs close.

Southern Mississippi 34, UTEP 13: The Golden Eagles reached bowl eligibility for the first time since 2011 in the win over the Miners. Despite several miscues, USM never wavered and secured an easy win. RECAP

Marshall 34, Charlotte 10: Chase Litton and Davonte Allen turned in career highs for the Herd and the defense turned in another stellar performance as Marshall improved its record to 8-1, and 5-0 in the conference. RECAP

Florida Atlantic 31, Florida International 17: Trey Rodriguez rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns as the Owls took it to their rival, winning the Don Shula Trophy. FAU reached FIU territory on every single possession in the game. RECAP
