Six conference clashes on tap for week 11

Louisiana Tech is unbeaten all time against UAB, holding a 4-0 series advantage. The Bulldogs and Blazers have not played since 1999. Both offenses can put up points, LA Tech is scoring 35.8 per game while the UAB puts up 34.6 per contest.
UTSA (2-6) at Rice (5-3) Rice Stadium 11:00 CST Fox Sports Network
Rice holds a 2-0 series lead over UTSA. The two Texas teams rank 4th and 5th in total defense in C-USA. UTSA allows 350.8 yards per contest while Rice yeilds 373.1 yards per game.

First game between the Panthers and Monarchs. ODU is second in C-USA averaging 290.1 passing yards per game while the FIU defense ranks first in the leauge only giving up 192.7 passing yards per game.

First time UTEP and Western Kentucky will meet on the gridiron. UTEP likes to run the ball, the Miners average 207.8 yards per game on the ground, WKU on the other hand likes to throw the pigskin. The Hilltoppers lead C-USA averaging 377 yards per game through the air.
FAU (3-6) at North Texas (2-6) Apogee Stadium 6:00 CST Fox College Sports
The Owls lead the all time series 6-3 but the Mean Green have won the last three meetings. North Texas has recorded 23 sacks on the season, ranking second in C-USA but FAU has only given up 13 sacks on the season. The Owls rank thrid in sacks allowed.

Marshall leads the league both total offense and total defense. The Herd average 571.2 yards in offense while only giving up an average of 342.8 yards per game. USM kicker Corey Acosta have been named as a semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award, given to the nations top kicker.
