The only other @NMStateAggies offensive product Detroit has ever drafted was QB Bill Bowerman in 1976.

As you can see from the tweet, Huntley becomes just the third running back since 1976 to be drafted out of New Mexico State University. He is the 13th running back from NM State overall to be drafted and first since Chris Barnes in 2001.
The Aggies now have had two players drafted in the last three years (Jaleel Scott, 4th round, 2018 Draft)
Huntley was a very versatile back for the Aggies, returning kickoffs, producing entertaining runs and catching passes out of the backfield and lined up wide.
