Memphis and SMU put on a show Saturday, and now we get a week to relax. The four games this week figure to be blowouts, so you could call it a bye week. With the last month looking like it will be intense, this week looks like the opposite. It’s tough to see an upset this week, but the blowout category presents a challenge.

Lock (1 point): You pick anyone you want (within the AAC games). Even if it’s a non-conference game, you can pick the opposing team. This is a pick you’re extremely confident in, and likely won’t lose.
Blowout (2 points): This is just AAC teams. You will pick which AAC team will win by the most points. It’ll most likely be a blowout, but even if that team only wins by 10, it counts in this category.
Upset (3 points): We’re counting this as any team that’s not favored. It could be their +1 or +35, doesn’t matter. You’re picking a team that’s not the favorite to win that particular game, not cover the spread.
Use ‘Em and Lose ‘Em (4 points): There are 12 teams in the AAC. You get to pick one team per week, and then you cannot pick them again. So, if you pick UCF, you lose them. Your list of teams to pick from will obviously decrease as the season progresses.
**NOTE: ALL GAMES PICKED ARE AAC GAMES ONLY
FOR OUR FANS/READERS: All of your picks are decided by a vote. The option in each category with the most votes will be your selection each week.
**Any picks left unanswered will result in forefeits
Lock
Mike: I’m so sorry Huskies, you make it easy though. Give me Cincinnati.
Joe B: It’s a cheat code to be able to pick against UConn every week, so the pick has to be Cincinnati.
Joe S: I’ll be a little different than my colleagues and pick.. never mind. Cincinnati wins easily.
Eric: Rinse and repeat - Cincinnati over UConn.

Blowout
Mike: I think Tulsa’s run of keeping games close ends when they go up against this UCF offense. Could get ugly.
Joe B: It should be Cincinnati, but I’m going with UCF. Gabriel Davis will feast on Tulsa’s secondary.
Joe S: Cincinnati (-35) is one of my Underdogs Against the Spread picks this week so I will be hoping for all the points against UConn.
Eric: Dillon Gabriel has settled in after a few bumpy starts, as a result, I expect the UCF offense to put up its fair share of points against Tulsa.

Upset
Mike: Slim pickings this week for an upset, so I guess give me USF.
Joe B: If we’re going on the most obvious line to pick, USF is the choice. The Bulls are struggling on both sides of the ball, but Temple’s inconsistent at times too.
Joe S: I hate that I have to do this to my alma mater, but it is the only one that makes any sense. It will not happen, but USF could beat Temple, I guess.
Eric: I don’t have confidence in any of the other games, so I’ll go with the hometown USF Bulls.

Mike: Man I screwed myself with this but again it’s slim pickings. I guess let me completely go against my upset pick and give me Temple. At least i’ll get one right.
Joe B: We’re getting down to the wire, so I’m picking Cincinnati since Tulsa’s my other choice.
Joe S: Oh darn, my options at this point are Cincinnati against UConn and Tulane on a bye week. I guess I will take Cincinnati again.
Eric: Since I don’t have any other choice - I’ll completely contradict my previous pick and take Temple.
