Underdog Rookie Madden ‘19 ratings

Five years later, the sting remains.

Another July has come and gone and the EA NCAA Football franchise remains absent in all of our lives.

(Pause for tears and reflection)

There will be no game yet again this summer. That means just about all the players who were in-coming freshmen in the final version of the game have now officially graduated.

But fear not, button pushers. With the upcoming release of Madden ’19, you finally have your shot to play with some of the top talent from that freshman class.

Earlier this month, EA Sports officially released all player ratings. Below is the comprehensive list of all drafted players from the Sun Belt, Conference USA, American Athletic Conference, FCS schools and Division 2 schools.

It should be noted that this is not every rookie in the game. Many others will be added with updates as the preseason progresses. Some on this very list will be cut—some of whom will end up on practice squads.

From first rounders such as Marcus Davenport to Mr. Irrelevant (SMU’s Trey Quinn, who actually does not have the lowest rookie rating), here are the underdogs set to launch their Madden careers...
