Temple Schedules Three-Game Series With Oklahoma, Will Host Sooners in 2025

The Owls will travel to Norman in 2024 and 2028 while bringing Oklahoma to Philly in 2025.

In a nice scheduling coup, the Temple Owls have signed a three-game series with the Oklahoma Sooners in 2024, 2025 and 2028. The 2025 game will be in Philadelphia with both 2024 and 2028 will be in Norman.

This marks another power conference home and home for Temple, who is in the middle of series with Penn State and Notre Dame with Maryland and Rutgers in the future.

The Sooners continue their aggressive non-conference scheduling which includes future G5 games at Tulane and Army.

One would assume that the home leg for the Owls in nine years will likely be played in an on-campus stadium that is currently in the beginning stages of planning. However, if the demand is there, it could be played at Lincoln Financial Field.

We're still eight years away from these games being played, but it continues a growing trend of underdogs getting home games with power conference foes.
