Earlier this week Florida Atlantic hosted two football camps with hopes of impressing high school prospects across South Florida and did that and more as they secured the commitment of two quarterbacks out of state as New Orleans native, three-star quarterback Justice McCoy and Madison, Mississippi, native Jack Walker committed to FAU this week.

Per 247Sports, McCoy ranks as the 21st best dual-threat quarterback prospect in the nation. McCoy's offer list is impressive as it includes West Virginia, SMU, Tulane, and UTSA among others.
Jack Walker is more of a pocket passer. 247Sports ranks him as the 41st best pro passer in the nation. Walker's offer list includes Akron, Troy and Miami (FL). Given the strengths of each quarterback Travis Trickett appears to be flexible in what he would like his spread offense to feature.
After adding three-star quarterback Frank Oswego to last year's class in addition to sophomore Jason Driskel and redshirt freshmen Daniel Parr, FAU now has an embarrassment of riches at the quarterback position.
This week FAU also secured commitments from a pair of offensive linemen from Florida as Robert Holmes of Oxbridge Academy and BJ Etienne from Park Vista plan on enrolling at FAU.
Although we're still months away from National Signing Day, it appears FAU is well on its of securing one of the best recruiting classes in CUSA. As of now, FAU has the second best class in CUSA behind Rice.
