Add another name to the board after UTSA was granted permission to contact Rice Head Coach David Bailiff in regards to UTSA's open head coaching position. Despite surprising struggles in 2015, Bailiff has seen great success at Rice as he was named Conference USA Coach of the Year after guiding the Owls to a CUSA championship in 2013. Fox 26 sources have indicated that Bailiff has had contact with the UTSA administration at least once through the phone.
