Louisiana Tech's Davison Athletics Complex Photo Gallery

An inside look into Louisiana Tech's 70,000 square foot end zone facility.

Louisiana Tech recently unveiled the Davison Athletics Complex in the south end zone of Joe Aillet Stadium. Invited guests and media were allowed to tour the facility recently and check out the new digs.

The first thing you notice is all the new graphics. There are tributes to the all time greats like Terry Bradshaw, Fred Dean, and Willie Roaf. Current NFL players like Luke McCown, Josh Scobee, and Tramon Williams are featured throughout, Even current players like Kenneth Dixon have their likeness on the wall and in the locker room.

The new weight room greatly expands the space given to the players to lift and they get all new equipment. They even have a supplement bar in the corner. The weight room is right on the ground floor looking out onto the field. The coaches offices are in the second floor, they can look down into the weight room or out onto the field.

The locker room and the player's lounge give the players a ton more space to move around. Even the Spirit of 88 statue got a new room. Related Article: LA Tech's DAC

The second floor was not yet complete at the start of the season. On the third floor, there is a big open room with a full service kitchen for LA Tech to host events and it also serves as a giant luxury suite on game day. From there, fans can walk out into the 300+ box seats that sit right above the weight room.
