Baltimore has been needing a cornerback, and it looks like they got exactly who they wanted with Texas Southern cornerback Tray Walker. Walker, who had been projected more as a 6th or 7th round pick by the NFL, was the final pick of the fourth round on Day 3 of the Draft.
Walker's length, decent speed, and his performance at TSU's pro day had reportedly intrigued some teams, although much like Texas State's Craig Mager he went much higher than expected. With the run on cornerbacks in this year's NFL Draft, it appears that teams are looking for "their guy" even if he may have gone in a lower round in a different year.
Meanwhile, Jay Ajayi is still on the board. Not exactly a great draft for running backs.
